Sylcraft Studio offers classes in Piano, Keyboard, Piano Accordion, Beginning Guitar and Vocal coaching, and serves the Moxee, Washington and Yakima, Washington area. We believe that music is the one gift you can give that will give for a lifetime.

She has been teaching for 30+ years and has extensive experience with children and adults of ALL ages.

(NOTE: current schedule is pretty full so if you are interested in getting a spot at the next available opening

Private Lessons: $67 / month (flat fee per month) Plus a $10 registration fee the first month.

Fee is based on 4 lessons per month. 5th week in month is free if you make the rest of the month or used as a make up day for missed days.

In Private instruction, the student has a 30 minute time all to him/herself with the instructor. They will learn to read notes, read rhythms and play their chosen instrument.

If taking vocal lessons, the student will learn to breath correctly, read rhythms, notes and play simple notes on the keyboard to help them understand the relationship between singing and an instrument. VERY valuable in helping learn the correct pitches in singing. When you involve the whole body in an activity you will process the information much better...

Piano Jr Group classes are $75 per 5 day camp. Scheduled only during the summer months.

Piano Keyboard Summer Camp Classes for ages 5- 6 years, 7 - 8 years and 9 - 10 years.

This 5 day camp (usually done in 3 days one week and 2 in the next) introduces your child to the piano keyboard in a small group setting with 3-6 children. This is a GREAT way to introduce your child to music and see if they like it enough to continue with private lessons.

Your child will be learning rhythms, keyboard geography and note reading using hands on games, rhythmic movements and other fun activities. Participants will learn to play simple songs that will set the foundation for future success on the piano. This is a fun opportunity to try the piano in a fun, non- threatening setting.

Children will receive a music book along with the cost of the camp that will motivate them to keep practicing until a new group class starts again in the fall. Cost: $75 includes materials. Classes held in Moxee & Yakima Areas.

GROUP PIANO CLASS IS AVAILABLE FOR YOUNG BEGINNERS. PLEASE CALL FOR MORE INFORMATION.

Please note that for private lessons there is a $10 registration fee payable ONE time only so the first month is $77 total.
